They say love often shows up when you least expect it — like just after Sunday service, when you’re not looking for anything more than lunch.
That’s when Niyi first saw Sandra — across the church, in a quiet moment. She stood out, radiant and graceful. He didn’t know her name yet, but something about her felt… different. Special. As it turns out, the Pastor’s wife had already mentioned a certain Sandra who happened to work in the same company as him. But he had no idea she’d be the woman who’d capture his heart.
Fast-forward to the very next day — fate (and maybe a well-timed calendar invite) brought them face-to-face at the office. Just a polite “hello,” a smile, and they went their separate ways.
But Niyi couldn’t shake the feeling. Curiosity got the best of him that evening — and like any true 21st-century romantic, he turned to LinkedIn. (Yes, LinkedIn. Don’t judge — it worked.)
He sent her a message. She replied. Numbers were exchanged. Conversations began.
From Sandra’s side, she recognised him from church — friendly, well-spoken… and suddenly in her DMs. She wondered, “Networking… or Something else?” But as they talked, it became clear: this was something else.
What started as casual chats became long conversations filled with laughter, shared faith, and genuine connection. They became great friends first — the kind who could talk about anything and everything.
And between all the “how was your day?” messages and spontaneous phone calls, friendship blossomed into love.
Now here they are — saying yes to forever. Grateful for God’s perfect timing, a little bit of LinkedIn magic, and the beautiful journey that brought them here.
From the bottom of our hearts, having you attend our wedding is the greatest gift of all.
However, if you would like to honour us with a present, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be very much appreciated.
